Proposals can be submitted by members of the Association. Support will be a subsidy and matching will not be required.
Proposals can be submitted for two types of activities: small proposals or proposals for the annual congress.
Small proposals can be either specialized and targeting a smaller audience, or wider in scope and aimed at a broader audience. The format for the activities is free and the subjects can explore the boundaries of the themes and goals of the Association.
The theme and form of proposals for the annual congress should be aimed at a wider and more diverse audience and will be positioned more at the heart of the themes and goals of the Association.

Submission
Small proposals can be submitted four times a year (1 March, 1 June, 1 September and 1 December) two weeks prior to the quarterly board meeting. Activities can also be approved for a date later than the immediate quarter after submission.
The proposal for the annual congress should be submitted by 1 December.
Decision
The board of the Member Association KITLV decides on awarding or dismissing the proposal and will inform the applicant thereof. There can be no appeal against decisions of the board.
